My husband and an acquaintance were going to roof our house. He then realized he got in over his head. He called several companies and Keith’s was the first one to respond and was out giving a bid within hours. The next morning (today), they were here bright and early. Very nice and professional!

True Professionals! To start, Keith was available to inspect my home at 6pm on a Friday night. My roof was 10 years old and looking rough. After inspection, Keith found evidence of hail damage and suggested I contact my insurance provider. Unfortunately, I thought, I had just switched insurance companies and would not get taken care of. Keith pointed out the previous insurance company policy should cover damage(as date of loss happened while that policy was in effect). He encouraged me to contact them. I did, and they covered it!

After getting settlement I called Keith and he came out the next week. His large crew tore off old roof and put on new one in one day- All 50 squares. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris and old nails, leaving beautiful new roof. Install was in February of 2019.

We purchased a rental home a few months later. Some carpentry repairs, new siding and new roof was required.  Keiths' crews completed all tasks in very timely manner. His knowledge of proper roof design was critical at the rent house. Previous design resulted in long-term leak. Keith suggested commercial product in low slope area, after deck repairs were made. Roof is beautiful and has been performing great since install- August 2019. Thanks again Keith for your support with insurance company, flexibility in meeting with me and your attention to detail. Keith’s Roofing fixed the roof on my house after a previous wind storm had caused a tree to come falling through my roof. They came out, accessed the damage in a Professional manner, tarped the hole on my roof for the few days time being, and talked to my insurance and had my roof fixed in about 6 days after the tree fell through. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone needing any roof repairs.

I contacted Keith’s Roofing to inspect the roof of a home I was purchasing in Hot Springs Village because the home had visible evidence of prior water damage on the ceiling near the chimney. Keith found hail damage on the roof, in addition to damage to some of the decking underneath as well as cracks in the chimney crown contributing to the water damage in the roof and ceiling. Keith came back and walked the roof with the owner’s insurance adjuster, who agreed about the hail damage. Within two weeks, Keith’s Roofing had returned and repaired the chimney, replaced the roof and the damaged decking underneath - with most of the cost covered by insurance. The crew did almost all of the work in one day and cleaned up before they left. The new roof looks great, and we’ve had no water problems after several heavy rains.
